Hi! I'm looking for a furnished 1- or preferably 2-bedroom apartment in Playa del Carmen for a 4–6 month lease beginning December 1, 2026. I'm open to committing to the full 6 months for the right apartment and rate. 📍 Preferred area: between Calle 30 and Calle 44, from the beach up to Avenida 15. My priorities are: • Preferably 2 bedrooms • King-size bed in the primary bedroom • Fully equipped kitchen • Open-concept / spacious layout • Quiet apartment and quiet building — no nearby bars/clubs or major construction • Air conditioning in the living room AND bedrooms • High-speed, reliable internet — fiber optic preferred • Washer and dryer inside the apartment preferred • Pool would be a plus • Maximum 12-minute walk to the beach • Walking distance to a full grocery store • Good water pressure and reliable hot water • Good natural light • Balcony/terrace would be a plus • Secure, well-maintained building I'm especially interested in apartments around Calles 34–40 / Avenida 10–15, but I'm open to anything within the area above.
