2-3 Bedroom Apartment in Mexico City

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, spacious with great natural light, semi-furnished (with beds, washer, and microwave) in Roma, Condesa, Escandón, Navarte, Nápoles, Roma Sur, Doctores, San Rafael, Santa María la Ribiera, Anzures, Granada, or nearby areas. Ideal if a cat is allowed 🐱 we don't have one yet but would like to adopt one. The budget is $25,000, but I'm flexible if the place is amazing and has everything we're looking for. It would be a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend if we love the space. I'd like to move in early to mid-December, I know it's a bit soon, but if anyone has or knows of an apartment that could be available for those dates, I'd love for you to let me know.
