1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment in Mexico City

I am looking for a furnished one-bedroom apartment with a living room and well-equipped kitchen, starting in late September, to rent on a long-term basis. However, I will also consider nice options starting from 3 months of subleasing. I am looking for a place that I can truly feel like home. I am a film producer and came to Mexico both for work and with the intention of building my life here. I am a very responsible, careful, and reliable person, and I always take care of the houses where I live as if they were my own. In addition, I rent my own apartment in another country, so I perfectly understand the needs and responsibilities of both parties in this process. Ideally, I would like to live in San Miguel Chapultepec, although I will also consider Escandón, Cuauhtémoc, Roma, Condesa, Del Valle, Polanco, and Narvarte. For me, it is very important that the apartment is quiet, preferably located on a small or closed street, and definitely not facing an avenue with heavy traffic. It is also important to clarify that I am not looking for studios or lofts. My budget is up to $28,000 Mexican pesos per month.
