If there are neighbors, preferably with good noise isolation (thick walls, separate properties, etc.) 3) Pets: Not a requirement, but a bonus point if a dog is accepted. 4) Must-have amenities: Pool. Electricity. Internet. AC. 5) Parking: Preferably 1 spot. 6) 6-month / 1-year lease: Both are fine. No preference. 7) Number of bedrooms: 4+ 8) Max budget: 45k 9) Special requests: Access to some 'sittable' ground, like grass or sand. Having a dedicated ceremony space.
