Looking for Furnished 1-Bedroom Property in Mexico City

Hi everyone! I'm Anna and I'm looking for a furnished 1-bedroom with a living area and well-equipped kitchen starting from the end of September for a long term (but will consider everything nice, starting from 3-months sublets). I need a place I can call home. I'm a film producer, came to Mexico both for work and building a life. Very responsible, accurate and reliable, always caring about houses where I live as about my own (I rent out my own flat in another country so I perfectly understand both sides of the process). Ideally I want to live in San Miguel Chapultepec, but also will consider Escandon, Cuauhtemoc, Roma, Condesa, and other areas – if they're quiet and well-connected. My budget is up to 28,000 pesos.
