Hi! I'm looking for an apartment in CDMX to move into and set up my costume design studio (it's super quiet, silent work with no production involved). Areas: Letrán Valle General Ayala Portales Coyoacán (Centro, Del Carmen, Parque San Andrés) La Florida San Pedro de los Pinos San Miguel Chapultepec Space: Minimum 80 m², well-lit, ground floor or with elevator, and 1-2 bedrooms. Extras: Exterior-facing, with a balcony/terrace or patio (even if shared), and a kitchen with a stove. Budget: Maximum $18,000 MXN (ideally with utilities included).
