I'm looking for an apartment in CDMX to move into and set up my costume design studio (it's super quiet, silent work with no production). Here's what I'm looking for: Areas: Letrán Valle, Portales, Coyoacán (Centro, Del Carmen, Parque San Andrés) or La Florida. (Close to Metro/Metrobús, and away from airplane noise and Tlalpan). Space: Minimum 80 m², well-lit, ground floor or with elevator, and 1-2 bedrooms. Extras: Exterior-facing, with a balcony/terrace or patio (even if shared) and a kitchen with a stove. Budget: Maximum $18,000 MXN (maintenance fees included).
