My dates are flexible, but ideally I would like to start renting around September 1st, depending on availability. • Ideally, 2 bedrooms. • In-unit washer and dryer. • Super reliable WiFi to work remotely. • Natural light and peaceful decor would be ideal. • Nearby market and grocery store. • Open kitchen - I love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. • Ideal neighborhoods: La Condesa, Hipódromo Condesa, Roma Sur, San Miguel Chapultepec • My budget is 20,000 to 50,000 MXN, but it is negotiable depending on the amenities. * If there are any units available that I can visit from today through this Saturday, please let me know.
