Looking for a Place to Stay in Centro, Playa del Carmen

Hello I’m looking for a place to stay, here are my criterias: * Dates: December 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027. * I have a very small dog (2.5 kg). He is extremely clean, well-behaved, and fully house-trained. I am willing to provide an additional pet deposit if required. * High-speed internet is essential, as I work from home. * A well-equipped kitchen is very important because I cook every day and truly enjoy it. * A gym and swimming pool would be a nice bonus, although they are not mandatory. * My budget is between 20,000 and 25,000 MXN per month. * I would prefer to be in Centro, but I am open to other areas as long as they are within about a 20–25 minute bike ride from downtown. * One additional important criterion: I am looking for a place that is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with minimal noise.
