Looking for 1BR Apartment in Condesa/Roma - May-June

Hello. Looking for a 1bdr+ place *May 1 - June 27* in proximity to Condesa/Roma, ideally close to Parque Mexico & Amsterdam loop. Prefer my own place, but willing to look at house shares / rooms for rent as well. Mostly looking for overall value. Budget is up to 40k MXN ish (but again, mostly looking for overall value, willing to pay more for a nicer place, and would happily pay less for house shares).
