Looking for 2BR Furnished Apartment in Centro - $14,000

*Looking to rent: 2 bed, 2 bath* *What I’m looking for:* • miminum 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms • Fully furnished • Building with a pool • Balcony (highly desired) • Good-sized, light, and airy kitchen with an oven and large fridge • Front desk / reception (if possible) and security Preferred areas: • Centro • Colosio • Behind the highway on Constituyentes up to 100 • Ejido – Constituyentes up to Centro Maya • Centro to Plaza Las Americas area *Budget: up to $14,000 MXN* *Lease type: Long-term - mininum 1 year, but I tend to stay 3+ years in one unit, starting July 2026*. I’m looking to build a stable, long-term relationship with the owner (hopefully direct with owner). I don’t like to move often and usually stay 3+ years in one unit. I live full-time in Playa del Carmen - so landlord should appreciate a long term renter with stability. I’m currently renting a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the $14,000 MXN price range and have been with the same landlord for 4 years, with an excellent payment history.
