Looking for Apartment in Centro - $11,000 MXN/month

Hi everyone! Please kindly read through the details below to see if you have a match for what I’m looking for. After 2.5 years living in the same building here in Playa, I’m looking for my next home. • About me: I am a professional, very clean, quiet, and organized. Non-smoker, no pets. • 📍 Location: Between Calle Juárez and Calle 76. Mostly beachside of Ave 30, but flexible to go a bit further West if it’s in the Centro area. • 📅 Entry: April 15th (flexible to move as early as April 1th for a great spot). • The Space: A proper 1BR (no studios) with a proper living room, fully furnished and equipped, with a balcony and lots of natural light (no small-window units), and a great kitchen preferably with a gas stove and an oven. • Amenities: Newer building, pool, BBQ area and onsite laundry. Ocean view preferred! • Internet: Fiber Optic preferred, but flexible if the connection is super fast and reliable. A desk/chair is a plus. • Budget: $11,000 MXN budget (a bit flexible)(all inclusive except electricity). • Term: Looking for long-term, but would like to start with 3 months first to ensure a good fit for both sides.
