Properties in Mexico

Looking for a client… I’m looking for a unique property, up to 2 bedrooms, but a studio would be ok as long as it fits my clients needs, most important thing is an area that could be used as a dedicated office space, something that would be esthetically pleasing for video conferences calls, another must have is a washer/ dryer in unit. Preferred area Aldea Zama but open to other areas, no nearby construction because client works from home. Would also like (but not a must have) gym, 24h security, pool, rooftop terrace. Budget around $20-$25k. Will consider going higher for the right place. 6 month lease, possibly a year if place is spectacular. Basically we are looking for a hidden gem… So if you have something that fits send photos, price and location my way.
