Apartment for Rent in Playacar

Hello, I'm looking to rent a one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment (or studio if big enough). Looking for a one-year lease and could start as soon as Tuesday, January 20th. I arrive to Playa on Monday, January 19th so I can visit places starting then. Budget: 12,500 MXN per month max. Area: nothing past the highway and nothing on or near 5th unless it's farther away from the noise like up past CTM. Nowhere past Calle 60.
