Prefer not 1st or ground floor; with a balcony/ lots of daylight; bright; clean / modern; somewhere preferably close to CTM / Colonia Hollywood; not across the highway; no noise (no bars/construction etc - $900 - USD (could go a little bit up if it's super nice). One person, no pets
