Hi! Looking for 1 bedroom or a large studio starting from Jan 28 for one month with option for extension. Prefer upper floor (not 1st/ ground floor); with a balcony/ lots of daylight; clean / modern; somewhere preferably close to CTM / Colonia Hollywood; not across the highway; no noise (no bars/construction etc). Around $900USD/ mo, could go a little bit up if the place is very nice. Thank you
