Apartment in Playacar

Hi All - I'm arriving in Playa later today. I already have a short term rental booked through January 7th, but am looking for a longer term stay. My wife and I plan on staying in Playa until March 31st. Looking for a minimum of one month. We're in our early 50's from Georgia & Florida, are professionals working remotely. No pets. Temporary residents of Mexico. Here's what we're looking for: .1 or 2 bedroom - no studios .Open concept w/full kitchen .Oven and decent cooktop .Ocean view from room or rooftop pool .Short walk to the beach .Quiet. Don't want to be in the middle of the clubs .Nice balcony/outdoor space .Washer & dryer .Reliable high speed internet .Between 10th and CTM.
