Apartment for Rent in Centro for $1700 MXN/month

Good afternoon, I am requesting/looking for an option for a long-term rental of a modern 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony, centrally located no more than a 15-minute walk to the beach, for a monthly rent of $1,500 to $1,700 for a couple without pets.
