Private Room in Narvarte

Hello! Is there anyone here who would like to earn some extra cash around New Year's? I'm looking for a room in Navarte, Roma or Condesa from December 30th until mid-January. It's for my dear brother whom I can't accommodate in my room, but I'd like him to be somewhere not too far from where I live. My brother is very calm and sweet, reads a lot, and is very clean.
