Apartment in Condesa, Mexico City

Good morning. I am looking for an apartment for 1-3 months around la condessa/Roma Norte starting at the end of December. 2 people and a little Pomeranian puppy so needs to accept pets. Need a kitchen. Well located near a park/green area with a view and a gym/sauna in the building would be a huge plus. Both I and my partner also work from home so would need to have separate areas we can work from too. Budget up to 32k MXN for 4 weeks. Gracias 🙏
