Monthly Rental Apartment in Zicatela

Hello! My partner and I are looking for an apartment (or house) to rent on a monthly basis from Monday, December 15th. The budget we are working with is $1,300 USD ($25,500 MX) - $1,700 USD ($33,000 MX) per month, which would be 850 - 1,100 pesos MX per night. What we are looking for: High-speed internet (Speedtest photo over 60 Mbps, ideal over 100), a whole accommodation (NOT just a room), a furnished apartment, divided spaces, and a location preferably in Zicatella - La Punta - La Barra, but we are also open to the center and those areas.
