Hello! I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment (*not a loft*) with a balcony, quite bright (necessary), if possible with a gym in the building and furnished if possible, if not that's fine too. Areas: Roma, Condesa, Escandón, Chapultepec, Del Valle, Napoles, and Narvarte. Length of stay: 6 months to 1 year. My budget is up to 26,000 thousand. Thank you!
