Through this letter, I wish to formally express my annoyance and dissatisfaction regarding a situation that occurred during my stay in unit 22. On the night of February 14th, loud music began playing, similar to an electronic music party or rave. Initially, we thought it was an activity at the bar; however, we later verified that the bar was not in use and that the noise was coming from a neighboring unit. The volume was so scandalous that we felt the need to write to Baruch, our Airbnb host, to request that he turn it down. Unfortunately, the reduction was minimal and the situation persisted. Most concerning is that even at 8:00 a.m. the music continued playing, which demonstrates a clear lack of consideration toward other guests. This situation was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, especially because one chooses to stay at Jade with the intention of resting and enjoying a peaceful environment, and in this case it was the complete opposite. It is worth noting that it is striking that the music was coming from the neighboring unit, 23, and at reception they told us that is where the Airbnb host (Baruch) lives. For this reason, I submit this formal complaint so that appropriate measures are taken and a similar situation is prevented from occurring in the future. This type of experience negatively affects the quality of the stay and certainly drives guests away.

He estado viviendo en Tulum durante los últimos cinco meses y he tenido la oportunidad de experimentar una variedad de Airbnbs. Reservé esta habitación específicamente para la luna nueva y me encantó absolutamente. El personal fue increíblemente acogedor, profesional y eficiente. La unidad en la que me hospedé tenía exactamente la energía que estaba buscando para realizar mi ritual de luna nueva. El agua caliente y la presión del agua fueron excelentes, y la ropa de cama era tan cómoda que nunca quería irme. Disfruté tanto mi estadía que decidí extender por una noche adicional. Sin embargo, la mayor desventaja fueron los mosquitos. Aunque entiendo que estar rodeado de naturaleza conlleva desafíos, los mosquitos fueron implacables. No he experimentado este problema en otros Airbnbs en Tulum, probablemente porque rocían los edificios cada dos días. Otra desventaja es el camino de tierra que conduce a la propiedad—sería una mejora enorme si invirtieran en pavimentarlo.

Apartamento hermoso, piscina maravillosamente ajardinada, bonito gimnasio y azotea de yoga, personal amable que cuida bien el lugar. Área tranquila adecuada para relajarse o trabajar desde casa. Una joya escondida 💎✨
