It is a beautiful place to rest, quiet, a very spacious and clean pool, a beautiful paradise

I stayed two nights with my family and everything was very nice. The space is very well maintained, you can hear many birds, and even though we had several cloudy days, the pool had warm water which was perfect for swimming. Just remember to bring mosquito repellent because there are quite a few. I would definitely go again.

Total beautiful, brand new like, beautiful King size bed, kitchen well equip, friendly staff, but only speak Spanish They try to understand and help you. Shower are on the cold side and you get one roll of toilet per week. After that you must pay for more. Location is a little tricky side to find but is in the middle of Tulum ( town) and the Tulum the beach. I would have no problem coming back. I think we had the best room in the place # 108 Very Very safe area !!

Me encanta mi estadía aquí. Tan hermoso, tan tranquilo, tan pacífico 😌 Gracias a todo el personal que trabaja duro aquí para mantener este lugar limpio (en la selva) y bien mantenido.

It has sauna and steam room and a thousand amenities! It's like living in the jungle and 10 minutes from the supermarket. Very productive combination.

EVITA ESTE LUGAR Y EMPRESA DE ALQUILER. Evitaría este lugar por completo, el anfitrión no proporcionó instrucciones de wifi dejándonos sin servicio para ningún problema ya que no hay servicio celular en esta área. Este lugar tiene muy poco estacionamiento y está demasiado lejos de la zona principal y la playa para caminar, por lo que tendría que pagar un taxi si no tiene auto. Llegamos y la piscina estaba sucia con hojas y suciedad y la bomba no estaba encendida, por lo que la piscina estaba viscosa. Hay un poste eléctrico fuera de la habitación que tiene arcos eléctricos visibles cada 0,5 segundos y es extremadamente peligroso y causa ruido 24/7 que se puede escuchar desde adentro por la noche. Expliqué mis preocupaciones a Airbnb y declaré que tenía que irme ya que el ruido y el peligro eran demasiado, así que nos fuimos 2 días antes. La gerencia es terrible, tardan demasiado en proporcionar ayuda real y eliminarán tu revisión de Airbnb. EVITA ESTE LUGAR Y EMPRESA DE ALQUILER.

Excellent place, beautiful! First-class service, everything new and freshly made, impressive vegetation, only 10 minutes from the beach, you can breathe tranquility and peace, they treated us like a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place. The people are very friendly. Everything is very new. We stayed with my children in a two-bedroom apartment. It is very comfortable. There are bicycles to use, they only ask for identification. The pool is very nice and spacious. There is also lots of vegetation, I loved it!
