Go to the restaurant that is downstairs. La Vita al Mare is spectacular. The octopus is a must!! The sangrias, the beef carpaccio, the delicious tiramisu!!!

La ubicación es inmejorable. Estás a solo pasos de la playa, y las vistas al océano son hermosas. Las habitaciones son simples pero lo suficientemente cómodas si buscas un lugar asequible para hospedarte. Noté algunos comentarios que se quejan del ruido durante el día debido a la construcción cercana. Si planeas pasar la mayor parte de tu día en la playa o explorando la isla, realmente no es un gran problema. Por el precio, este lugar es muy viable. Puede que no sea un alojamiento de lujo, pero es una opción económica sólida con una ubicación excelente. Si estableces tus expectativas en consecuencia, probablemente disfrutarás tu estadía.

It's between 3 construction sites and there's noise, the building was dirty, the elevator didn't work, the reception service was terrible, we asked them please to cancel our reservation and they said they weren't going to do anything in a very rude way. The apartment was dirty with hair, a dead fly, they came to clean moving the hair from one side to another with a dry towel, I had to clean everything myself, the floor, and toilet, wipe down surfaces. A disgrace and complete lack of respect, it's a shame because the building is nice, but the conditions and treatment are terrifying.

In decline, they don't have the elevators working, and the free rooms for Mexicans are on the 5th floor. They are the cure truthfully

The room I got was facing the back, my view was the construction work that occupies all sides of the hotel, very noisy with so much construction, in the 3 days we were there, no maid came to clean the room, the last morning we went to the pool, but there were workers working while we were there, I asked for my invoice, they told me they would send it to me by email, it's been 1 week since we returned and I still haven't received it. The place is very nice, but they don't have the professionalism to run a hotel.

Very good place to invest or rent, very convenient to go to the beach.

¡¡¡¡¡Zona de Construcción de 270 Grados!!!!! ¡¡¡¡¡Evitar a toda costa!!!!! Más allá del personal ser amable, esta fue, sin lugar a dudas, la peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido en México. En primer lugar, el edificio está sándwich entre 3 proyectos de construcción gigantes, uno de los cuales se enfrentaba directamente a la habitación — uno de los proyectos de construcción no ofrecía absolutamente cero privacidad a los ojos curiosos de los trabajadores. Afortunadamente, más allá de un poco de martilleo el fin de semana, las cosas fueron bastante tranquilas. Sin embargo, el lunes, la escena se convirtió en una cacofonía semi-apocalíptica. El recepcionista tuvo la audacia de intentar decirme que habría solo un poco de ruido. Habría tenido un poco más de tolerancia para esto, pero las habitaciones tienen un aislamiento acústico absolutamente de papel delgado y los locales que se hospedaban en el hotel no tenían ninguna reserva sobre poner su música a volumen máximo, sacudiendo mis paredes. Para empeorar las cosas, la primera noche que me hospedé, la pareja de al lado procedió a entrar a sus habitaciones a las 11:30 y procedieron a ver una película de horror en español a volumen ensordecedor que literalmente sacudió mis paredes. Esto duró hasta aproximadamente la 1:15 de la mañana. Por supuesto, esta ocurrencia en un hotel mexicano es común y no existe el mismo nivel de respeto y privacidad con respecto a la contaminación acústica que existe en occidente. ¡El problema es que estaba pagando un poco menos que las tarifas occidentales por la habitación! Si eres un durmiente sensible y aborreces la contaminación acústica, ¡este lugar será seguramente un infierno viviente para ti! ¡No esperes dormir bien! Por último, el agua caliente en mi ducha se apagó el primer día (y aún no ha sido reparada) y el ascensor también funcionó mal, dejándome caminar cinco pisos con una jarra masiva de agua; ¡no se ofreció ayuda! En general, no podría recomendar menos este lugar y quiero aconsejar a cualquiera que lo evite como la peste misma.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.

Good service, the room is very nice and has an excellent view. The spectacular pool, I recommend it if the beach has a lot of sargassum.

We arrived at 5pm, they took us to the room right away and when the door opened a man came out who had that room assigned to him, then they assigned us another one and it wasn't clean, they asked us to wait for it to be cleaned (so far so good 😳🙄 second "red flag"), later that night when we returned to the room I went to take a shower and there was no water pressure, only 3 drops came out (literally) we went to bed and at 1am we heard noises at the door, they opened it with the code but couldn't because I had put the double lock on, I heard a man's voice asking who was in the room, I opened the door and saw a guy with a motorcycle helmet on and told him to step away from my door, we had to leave the place to feel safe. Horror story.... The worst experience!!!!

Obras en el hotel. Canteros en todas partes rodeando el hotel. Infernal.. ¡el ruido! el polvo.. seriamente a evitar. Muy caro en comparación con los servicios ofrecidos. ! Sin vasos, sin platos. Hotel apenas terminado.. Aparte del personal adorable.. ! Y cuando los trabajos suban en altura será aún más horrible..
