"The location of Vanessa 20 is close to all services on foot. The apartment is very nice, especially well equipped, it's brand new. The roof top with a beautiful pool, a BBQ, lounge chairs etc... Washer dryer available in the building. Great experience !!!"

It is 300 meters from 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, don't rent a car, at the end of 5th Avenue are the ferries to go to Cozumel, in Cozumel you can pay for cheaper tours. On 5th Avenue you can find more tours to go to Chichén Itzá, Xcaret, Cozumel, Tulum. Excellent location, sometimes the outlets didn't work, the elevator didn't either and the pool for the first two days.

Unit 203 doesn't pay their rent and when we rented it to us on Airbnb they didn't give us access to the amenities offered on the platform. I understand it's a separate issue but they gave us a hard time. We had to dry our clothes in the apartment because we couldn't access the laundry due to issues with the person who offered us the apartment. Just so the same doesn't happen to you.

La ubicación de Vanessa 20 está cerca de todos los servicios a pie. El apartamento es muy bonito, especialmente bien equipado, es nuevo. La azotea con una hermosa piscina, una barbacoa, tumbonas, etc... Lavadora y secadora disponibles en el edificio. ¡Excelente experiencia!!!

Hermosos apartamentos, todo está decorado con buen gusto, muy bien ubicado, tienda de abarrotes, banco, farmacia, restaurantes cercanos. A pocos minutos a pie de la Quinta Avenida y de la magnífica playa.

Apartamento increíble, la decoración es sublime, lugar tranquilo pero muy bien ubicado cerca de todo. El supermercado está a 2 minutos a pie. La playa está a 5-10 minutos a pie según su ritmo
