The place is incredible, a place to rest and feel surrounded by nature. I loved the central pool. The rooftop pools have a very beautiful view

The place has a beautiful design but all of that was tarnished by the attitude and rudeness of the staff who, in the morning when I arrived and greeted them kindly to ask which direction to go, their faces and bad manners in responding was quite horrible; it's a shame that with those kinds of attitudes they take away our pleasure and desire to go there. With this I only refer to the ladies who were in charge of cleaning the common areas.

Seré honesto con mi experiencia aquí. Viajo bastante y esta fue mi segunda vez en Tulum. Primero, el hotel se aseguró de responderme por WhatsApp rápidamente antes de llegar, pero como leerán, esto cambia después. Creo que porque este es un hotel más nuevo, todavía está muy desorganizado y las imágenes e información proporcionada es engañosa. Asegúrate de leer todas las reseñas antes de reservar. La mayoría de las carreteras aún no están pavimentadas en Tulum, pero la que viene al hotel específicamente es muy áspera y hay mucha construcción alrededor del hotel, lo que significa ruido fuerte todo el día. Puedes caminar a la carretera principal, pero son aproximadamente 5-7 minutos por un camino de tierra. Vine aquí específicamente porque nos dijeron que había un restaurante y un traslado gratuito a la playa, y eso era un gran activo, sin embargo, nada más está cerca sin conducir, así que si quieres comer o necesitas ir a la tienda después de las 5pm... Buena suerte pagando demasiado por un taxi. Nos ayudaron a organizar un auto desde el aeropuerto aquí y tuvimos un accidente en el camino y luego nos dejaron en el Mistiq incorrecto. ¡¡¡¡POR CIERTO esto le sucedió a muchas personas con las que hablamos, así que asegúrate de ir al correcto, nos enviaron a otros 2 Mistiq antes de llegar al correcto y tuvimos que pagar $25 por un viaje de 5 minutos, el cual no se ofrecieron a compensar. El WiFi es un problema en general en Tulum, pero aquí es peor incluso para conectar tus datos. Dejaron de responder mis mensajes cuando necesitábamos algo una vez que llegamos, o tardaron horas en responder. Si necesitas toallas limpias, buena suerte. Te dicen que obtienes nuevas después de 4 días y cuando preguntamos en el día 4 dijeron "si tenemos limpias". Trae tu propia plancha, secador de pelo, jabón y toallas para la playa/piscina. Tuvimos que extender nuestra estadía 1 noche y fueron muy útiles con una nueva habitación, pero la nueva habitación tenía moho EN TODAS PARTES y olía a moho y luego el ventilador del aire acondicionado estaba roto, así que hacía ruidos fuertes y no pudimos conseguir una nueva habitación porque todos dejan de trabajar a las 5pm excepto la seguridad, que no es muy útil en nada excepto en pedir taxis. No soy una persona que solo busca algo de lo que quejarse. Incluso con todo eso, tratamos de aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo, pero como dije, fue engañoso en línea. Afortunadamente, nuestra primera habitación fue más bonita. Personalmente, no me quedaría aquí de nuevo, ya que la primera vez que me quedé en una villa fue mucho más fácil, aunque estábamos más lejos de la playa y no teníamos traslado. Sugiero altamente conseguir un conductor o alquilar un auto y quedarte más cerca de tiendas/restaurantes que no cierren temprano. Créeme, es mucho dinero al principio por un auto/conductor, pero pagando a veces $50 USD por un viaje de 10 minutos, ahorrarás mucho más dinero. ¡Gracias por leer y buena suerte!

Instalación muy muy hermosa. Las piscinas, el ambiente, lo selvático. Se siente como estar en un resort de lujo y en una paz extrema. El internet también es excepcionalmente bueno para Tulum. De todas formas, trae tu propio vehículo o scooter, de lo contrario será difícil.

Very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It has a rooftop with a pool to have a good time and sunbathe or watch the sunset, everything is very new. It has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. Very close to the Tulum hotel zone.

A spectacular place with a wonderful community. I loved staying there, there is lots of vegetation, the pools are large and have good depth, the facilities are always clean, they accept pets and there is always someone to greet you in the lobby. The only disadvantage I find is the unpaved streets that make access complicated.

BUSCA EL NOMBRE EN GOOGLE Y VERÁS OTRAS HISTORIAS EN LÍNEA. EL CONSERJE TE PEDIRÁ EITHER UNA CANTIDAD MUY GRANDE DE DEPÓSITO ($400 O $300 USD) O TU PASAPORTE Y DESPUÉS DE QUE DEVUELVAS LA SCOOTER, LOS ESTAFADORES DE QUETZAL MOTORS Y EL CONSERJE INVENTARÁN EXCUSAS DICIENDO QUE TIENEN "PROBLEMAS" CON EL BANCO O MANTENDRÁN TU PASAPORTE COMO REHÉN E INVENTARÁN PROBLEMAS ALEATORIOS. ES UNA ESTAFA MUY COMÚN. ¡NO TE ASOCIES CON ESTAS PERSONAS! ¡TEN MUCHO CUIDADO!

Excellent place to stay, quiet, in nature, has gym, pool and restaurant bar, detail that sometimes the power goes out but comes back in a short time, beautiful views and friendly and attentive staff.
