"We stayed here at the end of January for one night and were very pleased. It is a new place with modern rooms and helpful staff at the reception desk downstairs. The whole building is very clean and tidy, plus you have a pool on the roof. The location itself gives you peace and quiet in the hotel district, plus it is not that far from the city center. If you were planning to go to the beach , then this may not be for you, because you would need a car."

Nos hospedamos aquí a finales de enero por una noche y quedamos muy satisfechos. Es un lugar nuevo con habitaciones modernas y personal atento en la recepción de la planta baja. Todo el edificio está muy limpio y ordenado, además tienes una piscina en la azotea. La ubicación en sí te brinda paz y tranquilidad en el barrio hotelero, además no está tan lejos del centro de la ciudad. Si planeabas ir a la playa, entonces esto puede no ser para ti, porque necesitarías un coche.

It is retired from the center so you need a vehicle to get around, from what I see in comments the elevator has not worked for years and they do nothing to fix it, the apartments are extremely small, maximum for 2 people, for couples it is very good. The pool is quite large and suitable for swimming, the gym is ridiculously small, only 2 machines.

Very nice apartments, well equipped. They have 24-hour reception. Modern units with a terrace that has a gym and a fantastic pool. It's somewhat far from the beaches but the tranquility of the area is worth it.

Nuevos apartamentos en Altea Zama en las afueras de Tulim. A media hora a pie del pueblo y distancia similar o más de la playa. Si pudiera permitírmelo, me quedaría más cerca del pueblo o de la playa, ya que podrías gastar mucho en taxis sobrecargados, básicamente para ir a la playa o al pueblo. La carretera de la playa está muy congestionada de tráfico y aumenta el costo de los taxis. Las playas son fabulosas pero están mayormente vinculadas a bares caros con tumbonas caras. Trae mucho dinero para disfrutar completamente y quédate más cerca de la playa para ahorrar en costos de taxis.
