Hello, we were renting room 46 with the cats. Marylou, the French woman, entrusted the clothes to the maids. Half of my things are missing and they are not in the bags. Brand name clothes, dress, denim shorts. All the beautiful women's clothes are gone. I would like to get them back, maybe the laundresses made a mistake, thank you. This is a big scam, they are thieves. They stole my things at the laundry. The staff keeps the keys. As luck would have it, my clothes, women's clothes have disappeared. Thieves, a shame.

Terrible... they tell you it has hot water and it never comes out, they charge you as if it were a super hotel and it's nothing like that, they say they'll leave soap and they didn't leave soap, cold water comes out, the water pressure is terrible it comes out in a trickle
