I rented room 101 B and it's just a bedroom with a private bathroom, it has absolutely nothing else, no mini fridge to have something cold to drink, no electric kettle. The building and common space are beautiful! But be careful, don't be fooled by the photos, as they publish complete apartments with a kitchen and in this case it was "just the room" (pay attention that there are also complete apartments, the listing is confusing). Don't be fooled by the photos! Also the shower is very poorly designed, the entire bathroom got soaked (and there was nothing to divert the water) and the dressing room inside the bathroom, without a wall to separate it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Anyway, it's only good for staying 1 night... A disappointment...

Very good condominium. Comfortable in many ways, close to everything. Very nice terrace, the pool is beautiful and the apartments are spectacular. Ideal for couples to go and spend a few days with great tranquility and comfort.

Reservé una estadía de 4 noches y en nuestra última noche allí nuestra caja fuerte fue forzada y nos robaron. Relojes, joyas e incluso una afeitadora de cabeza... Estábamos en la habitación 101 y es una habitación compartida con 101B, mi amigo y yo íbamos hacia la piscina por la mañana y vimos a 2 señoras de limpieza limpiando el apartamento al lado nuestro (101B) y no le dimos importancia ya que las personas al lado nuestro se habían ido, porque hay una puerta entre los 2 apartamentos y cualquiera con una llave puede entrar fácilmente al otro lado, cuando regresamos de la piscina aproximadamente 2 horas después ya no estaban allí (asumimos que era el único apartamento que se había ido ese día) de nuevo continuamos con nuestro día hasta que fuimos a abrir la caja fuerte para sacar algo de efectivo extra y todas nuestras pertenencias habían desaparecido (la caja fuerte parece haber sido forzada) La chica de la recepción fingió no entender ni una sola palabra de lo que estaba diciendo aunque hablábamos con ella todos los días antes de eso Nos contactamos con la policía y la policía llegó a la propiedad pero como nos íbamos al día siguiente simplemente se encogieron de hombros y dijeron que si "queremos" presentar una queja podemos Además se negaron incluso a decirnos cuál es la empresa de limpieza que contrataron

When making the reservation, we requested a ground floor room for convenience and due to mobility issues, and we were told there would be no problem because the hotel had an elevator. However, Olga, who is in charge of renting the apartment, charged us that same day and when we arrived we found that the elevator has not been working for two weeks, and they tell us it will take another two weeks to be repaired. It seems dishonest to me that she didn't warn us. Even the administration staff told me the same thing, that she should have warned us... We called Olga and she said she couldn't do anything and that she had no other rooms available. It's a five-story hotel, and the pool is on the fifth floor, so getting up there becomes a significant challenge for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. More accurate information before arriving would have made a big difference in our experience.
