Casa en Riviera Tulum

Riviera is becoming a refuge for stray animals.... Also, everyone has multiple pets that they don't train. It's becoming a disaster. Impossible to sleep properly

I've been living here for 10 years and the security guards are the worst. Because I'm a minor, they never let me in even though I see them daily and tell them I'm a resident. When friends come over and I go to the gatehouse to tell them they're coming with me, they don't care and sometimes make us wait HOURS at the entrance because my dad isn't home, even though I tell them to escort me since it's not far at all. They don't care and treat us like criminals. I hope they train the security guards NOW. I don't know, but throughout all this time I've always had the same problem.

The guards are the worst and the administration even more so, they have absolutely no manners, they are arrogant, rude and dismissive, they treat you like a criminal, terrible experiences every time I go to do some business or visit a property, they just give a little bit of power to uneducated people and they feel like owners of the place. I'm attaching a photo of one of the nefarious and intransigent guards.

Barrio seguro, cerrado y tranquilo. Perfecto para una estadía a largo plazo. Mejores precios que otros barrios y mucho estacionamiento. Canchas de tenis, cancha de fútbol, parque para perros, sala de yoga. La energía no se va tanto como en el resto de Tulum. Definitivamente quédate aquí en lugar de otros barrios.

Very nice, I really liked the structure and the views are fantastic, the service didn't seem anything special to me but it's acceptable.

I came to provide a private chef service and the place is nice

A quiet place to rest would give it 5 stars, if it were more central and had transportation routes.

Riviera Tulum es una zona ubicada al norte de la avenida principal de Tulum. Una urbanización en desarrollo con muchas casas, villas, nuevos condominios y muchos nuevos proyectos para desarrollar en los próximos años. El lugar es bastante tranquilo y aparentemente vigilado ya que tiene dos entradas con casetas de control. Pero aquí también se han reportado frecuentemente robos, como es algo común en toda Tulum. Personalmente, cada vez prefiero más la zona de Veleta.
