EXCELLENT, I WANT TO TALK TO THE OWNERS THEY DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE LOW RATING LEVELS ON AIRBNB. They have been very supportive, I know THE AIR CONDITIONING IS PAID BUT they charged us 1,400 for a month but please be respectful and turn off the air it's expensive if you leave, they have been excellent.

Good location, very relaxed although some guests do not respect the no smoking rule in the common area and there is no one to call them out on it.

Very good option in the city of Playa del Carmen, a bit away from the center if what you're looking for is a bit more tranquility and very accessible to go to 5th Avenue whenever you need it or very accessible to the federal highway. The room is austere but excellent for young couples and has a terrace with pool and grill. Clean and monitored. Recommended!

Incredible place, I stayed in the largest penthouse in the building (PH 57), more than 190 m2 for my girlfriend and me alone, private roof with grill, garden furniture, jacuzzi, lounge chairs and just a few steps away crossing the roof door to the main pool where we made great friends and a spectacular infinity pool and more grills and everything luxurious and ultra-fast wifi at 1GB everything was flying, stay in this penthouse the other apartments are only studios and very small and don't have everything this PH has.. we enjoyed it to the maximum. thank you for this great experience just steps from 5th avenue and the beach we walked daily.

Este lugar fue un completo desastre. Reservamos un Airbnb por tres semanas porque este lugar permite perros. Sin embargo, no se mencionó en absoluto en Airbnb que no se nos permitiera usar la terraza. Solo cuando llegamos al lugar nos dijeron que esto no estaba permitido – aunque las reglas de la casa del edificio establece que puedes usarla con un perro atado. Las personas que viven en los apartamentos cercanos también simplemente dejan sus perros solos en casa. Ladran constantemente, lo cual fue muy molesto para nosotros. Además, nuestro perro se alteraba cada vez por eso. Después de un largo viaje, llegamos allí y simplemente nos instalamos sin esperanza. La zona se siente muy lejos de todo y los perros en realidad no son realmente bienvenidos aquí. Ni siquiera quiero empezar a hablar sobre el rincón de cocina inútil y el baño sucio. Pura decepción. Mi pareja incluso lloró porque en realidad queríamos tomarnos tres semanas libres – y en cambio experimentamos el infierno aquí.

Beautiful place.. but poor service from the morning shift receptionist, very disrespectful. The cleaning man uses muriatic acid to clean and causes discomfort when you walk through the facilities.

They are nice and clean, the security staff is very friendly, always keeping an eye on security.

Good location, clean, accessible price, I rented through Luxuscaribbean and would do it again

Esto es para la unidad 14 que alquilé en Airbnb. Es la unidad más bonita en la que me he hospedado en Playa. La unidad está bien mantenida y tiene estacionamiento en garaje. Un bonificación adicional es que tiene una combinación de lavadora/secadora. Está muy cerca de muchas de las tiendas y restaurantes que me gusta visitar. Está un poco lejos de las tiendas de buceo, así que necesitas coche o taxi. El anfitrión es extremadamente agradable y receptivo. Edición: Esta unidad está al lado del gimnasio del complejo, sin embargo, nunca tuve problemas de ruido como se han quejado otras personas. Ni siquiera escuché ruido de la calle temprano en la mañana o tarde en la noche. Hay gimnasios y otros apartamentos rodeando este edificio pero muy poco ruido durante mi estadía.

Very nice atmosphere and the facilities are beautiful, I found the area very practical for getting around and the building has parking. The Roof is very pleasant and lovely, I really had a wonderful stay, I recommend it for those who want to experience something more local

The condominium is in a very central location, the facilities look in good condition and new, there is 24-hour security (we left our car outside and had no problems), there is an elevator, it is PET friendly, there is a small pool and internal parking. The disadvantages are that there is too much noise within the facilities and several insects.

I stayed through Airbnb, the apartment is nice but it's 10 blocks away from Fifth Avenue. I only recommend it if you have a car because if you're walking I recommend staying at most 5 blocks from Fifth Avenue. The neighborhood doesn't seem very safe at night.

Very good place, if you don't mind walking to the beach it's excellent for you.

Edificio de condominios decente y promedio ubicado a aproximadamente 20 minutos a pie de 5th Centro. La piscina en la azotea es agradable pero de tamaño pequeño, y el gimnasio es muy limitado en tamaño y equipo. La circulación del aire en las unidades podría ser mejor, y las paredes son bastante delgadas—se puede escuchar mucho ruido de las unidades vecinas. Por el lado positivo, el personal de recepción es amable, y hay un Iron Gym convenientemente ubicado en la puerta de al lado.
