I have been living here for 2 years and it has been an incredible experience. The apartments are very nice and the location is ideal, it truly feels like living in a 15-minute city: I am close to everything I need. The residential development has many amenities that make life more comfortable. Additionally, it has easy access to both the Southern Highway and the Guayabal road, which allows for easy mobility towards the north or south of the city. I am also very close to two metro stations, and on even-odd license plate restriction days, I can simply take an Uber or taxi to one of those stations and then move without any problem to any part of Medellín.

Beautiful ❤️ I love this place, the only bad thing is the noise from the mules since there are many companies around and cars passing 24 hours and I have to keep the windows closed 😞 other than that perfect 👌

I could never understand, who came up with such an ugly design?

Concierge, cameras, security guards, yet still extremely unsafe. They break into apartments by force and nobody says anything. All because many apartments are Airbnbs rented to anyone for just a few pesos and a few days

I think it's one of the worst things Medellín and Capital have. It's simply an architectural disaster, if you can even call it architecture. It's a shame they did that in such a location facing the river.

For such a large project with such a strategic location, they lacked a good architect to improve the design. It literally looks like a prison in the middle of the city… a gray and simple building.
