Apartamento en Paramar

Parece un lugar completamente nuevo. Increíble. Tranquilo. Mi apartamento tenía un balcón y una azotea (con bañera de agua caliente incluida). No puedes equivocarte con eso

I stayed at an Airbnb in apartment 03 Paramar black in Aldea Zama on the first floor, wow it had the pool directly from the terrace and another pool on the roof top, gym and work room. 😀 The apartment was very nicely decorated and equipped. Mario was a great host, always very attentive, I liked that there is a seven eleven just steps from the building.

Excellent apartment complex, beautiful facilities, maybe it lacks some services like paper in the pool bathrooms but everything excellent

Our stay was simply spectacular. The swimming pool on the ground floor is delightful, perfect for relaxing. The condominium is very private and quiet, ideal for resting. Both the security guards and the receptionist were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times.

Paramar never disappoints, and Black is undoubtedly a quiet, safe place in an exclusive area of Tulum.

Compré un condominio con estos desarrolladores y son los peores. Dicen que hay una garantía de 3 años en el edificio pero intenta llamarlos para cualquier cosa y tardan una eternidad o nunca vienen a arreglar nada. Uno de los "arquitectos" de nivel inferior no puede encontrar una fuga aunque le estuviera goteando en la cara. El primer año después de la entrega del edificio tuvimos que usar B&B condos para la administración de la HOA y son inútiles. Estén alerta, definitivamente están coludidos con los desarrolladores y será muy difícil votarlos después del primer año. Tuvimos que estar muy organizados para votarlos y nuestra nueva administración es 1000% mejor.

Thank you to the sales team for their excellent service and attention during our visit! The development exceeded our expectations, and the investment experience was phenomenal!! Martín went out of his way for us since we didn't know the area and the property appreciation potential. He took us around to explain the zone's growth, why we would get the return on investment we were looking for, and they answered all of our thousand questions that we were already embarrassed to ask.
