A place with a lot of VERY ANNOYING NOISY neighbors! Slow elevators and gates. Dirty pool with poor sunlight and it's ALWAYS occupied. The power goes out frequently and there is no resolution from the administration regarding any problem, common areas with parties or annoying gatherings every weekend

We rented here for 4 months POSITIVE POINTS • Well located • The building is well maintained • With amenities • 24/7 reception and security NEGATIVE POINTS • The administrator becomes aggressive if you question the reason for any fine • The apartment we stayed in did not have proper maintenance • You can hear noise from the neighboring apartments • The electricity goes out very often

The parking is super uncomfortable and there is a certain electricity deficit, the hallways go dark in seconds, some of the sensors don't work because they don't turn on the lights and that's the whole building, plus the elevator smells really bad, the pool area is normal, nothing extraordinary

Riviera Towers is a development that features 2-bedroom apartments and lofts, equipped with elevators, swimming pool, underground parking and outdoor parking, 24-hour surveillance. It is centrally located with quick access to restaurants, convenience stores and various services.

This street location is very unsafe

Somos estadounidenses (Colorado) que nos quedamos aquí durante 3 meses completos, nómadas digitales. Tuvimos que ir a casa una vez al mes para citas médicas. Siempre nos hemos sentido perfectamente seguros aquí y no tuvimos problemas en dejar cosas cuando nos fuimos a casa. Es mayormente tranquilo, sin embargo, algunos vecinos son más ruidosos que otros (¡pero si les hablas educadamente todo estará bien!). Hicimos lavar nuestra ropa en la calle en Lavenderia Emili, hizo un trabajo maravilloso. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y los apartamentos son grandes comparados con lugares en la ciudad de donde venimos. Los inconvenientes son relativamente menores para nosotros pero incluyen: a veces la energía e internet se caen después de una lluvia fuerte (durando hasta 5 horas), la piscina está absolutamente congelada, y para recoger entregas o huéspedes debe bajar todo el camino para dejarlos entrar. ¡Pero siempre vimos a personal de mantenimiento y limpieza cuidando el lugar, y siempre estuvo limpio! Fuimos muy felices aquí y volveríamos.

I stayed there through the Airbnb platform and the apartment is really nice and they have a pool in the common area.
