We rented the penthouse of 304 in June of 2025 through VRBO, with the name Ben Gass. The pool floor was rusted. Broken floor tiles that can cut your feet. Two places with exposed wires. Very worn and unmaintained furniture. All to top it off with being woken up in bed covered in ants. People throw garbage behind the balconies and on top of roofs. We left after one night. Contacted the property and they denied everything. Don’t stay here!!!

If you are seeing this property on Facebook for air monthly or long term rentals or air b&b NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES the pool is non working the gym looks nothing like the pictures the condos are falling apart humid interior the appliances are rusted along with bathroom and kitchen finishes! Do not fall for renting these condos for $50,000 monthly it’s not nowhere near worth it!
