I loved the place! The spaces are very comfortable and integrated with the jungle aesthetic but at the same time it's urban. It's very well located, nothing is far away. I loved it 🙌🏻

Recently we had the fortune of enjoying this condominium and it was a wonderful experience. It is a space designed for those who truly understand what Tulum means: contact with the jungle, privacy and calm, but also proximity to tourist areas. In a few words, it offers the perfect balance. The project is authentically integrated into the nature and essence of Tulum, respecting the environment. The finishes are aesthetic, of high quality and good taste, designed for both visitors and those who wish to invest and live there. Furthermore, they are durable and low maintenance, which is a great advantage in a humid and hot climate. The location is excellent: outside the areas of greatest tourist density such as La Veleta, the downtown area or the hotel zone, but with quick access to all of them (about 10 minutes away). The central pool is delicious, always at the perfect temperature; the corridors, hallways and flora within the condominium are truly charming. Another point that pleasantly surprised me is the security, essential to enjoy real rest. The staff is extremely friendly and reliable, which makes the experience even more pleasant. In summary, I loved it. I wish I could buy an apartment or house here! Anyone who has the opportunity to do so should not hesitate: the developers are committed to offering a property that you will enjoy forever.

I had the opportunity to know Limas Tulum since it was still under construction and, honestly, from that moment I realized it was a different project. You can tell when a development is made with passion, ethics, and a very clear vision, respecting the most valuable thing Tulum has: THE JUNGLE. Once completed, I returned to see it and the result exceeded my expectations. I even spent a weekend in a two-bedroom ground floor unit and ended up feeling at home. The spaces are spacious, the lighting and ventilation are very well solved, and the private garden with its pool really makes the difference. The common areas are an experience in themselves. Walking through so much vegetation until reaching the enormous pool, which honestly looks like a lagoon, makes everything feel very organic and relaxing. I have known many developments in Tulum through my work, and few have left me with this impression. For me, Limas has set a very high standard for how development can happen without losing the essence of Tulum.

No desperdicies tus vacaciones aquí.... Nos hospedamos aquí a principios de abril, mi familia reservó esperando disfrutar de la enorme piscina en la propiedad y el área aislada. Después de entrar a la unidad 301 fue asqueroso, nada estaba barrido ni limpiado con desinfectante. Había cabello en todas partes, la cocina tenía heces de insectos. Después de ir a la tienda por productos de limpieza encontramos a la criada sentada en el sofá en la sala en su teléfono diciendo que limpió el lugar nuevamente pero nada se hizo. Intentó limpiar el mostrador con un paño seco para derribar las heces pero la despedimos. De vuelta a la enorme piscina llena de algas, no pudimos nadar aquí, mis hijos se hubieran enfermado. MANTENTE ALEJADO Amo Tulum pero no te hospedes aquí hasta que terminen el resto del desarrollo. Parece que aproximadamente el 30% de las unidades están completas, esto podría ser una propiedad hermosa pero no en esta etapa

¡No te hospedes aquí! Me alojé en una propiedad de la plataforma Airbnb alojada por origin rentals. ¡Copiaré y pegaré mi reseña y la respuesta del anfitrión con fotos para probar la verdad! ¡El anfitrión es deshonesto y también lo es el equipo de limpieza!

My experience with the project was disappointing. From the start there was a lack of clarity in the information: delivery times and finishing quality did not match what was promised, and customer service was slow and not very responsive. Additionally, I noticed differences between what they showed me in the presentation and what they actually offer and delivered. Communication after the sale practically disappeared. I recommend future buyers review everything in great detail or look at other project options that are more profitable and not rely solely on what they tell you in sales.

Limas es un desarrollo hermoso y reflexivo ubicado en Tulum, México. Ubicado elegantemente fuera de los caminos trillados, es reflexivo y considerado, ofreciendo un ambiente tranquilo y tropical con unidades espaciosas llenas de una hermosa atmósfera e iluminación natural. Sin mencionar las amenidades únicas que atraen todos los sentidos.

En enero de 2026, cuando fuimos a los eventos de música electrónica locales cercanos, descubrimos este lugar que estaba muy cerca con una excelente ubicación. Gran desarrollo inmobiliario y diseño arquitectónico, perfecto para relajarse con una piscina gigante. Propiedad pequeña con pocos apartamentos para que se sienta como en casa con una experiencia relajante y privada.

We recently enjoyed this spectacular place, you can really enjoy feeling like you're inside the jungle but the best part was the privacy thanks to the super spacious, elegant spaces and a huge pool with palm trees inside!

Be very careful with this project!! Terrible experience it is a project that was not completed it is still under construction and seems to have been stalled for years, the attention, finishes and construction are of terrible quality I found people who invested and are very unhappy and regretful with the construction and project investment... they lied about many things and they still cannot finish the project there are many better and more affordable options in tulum!!
