Do not rent Tuk Torre Fuego #201 !! The tenant is a liar and takes advantage of landlords by charging EXTRA FEES NOT SPECIFIED in the CONTRACT and refusing communication. Plus no wifi password during 10 days. No rentes el departamento Tuk Torre Fuego #201 !! La arrendataria es una mentirosa y abusa de los arrendadores cobrando EXTRAS NO ESPECIFICADAS en el CONTRATO y negando la comunicacion.

Lugar muy agradable. Cerca de tiendas de abarrotes. Tiene gimnasio y restaurante, definitivamente lo recomiendo

Chill place right across from Chendrai which is great for Airbnb. I've lived far from grocery store and it sucks to cab or walk to and from with groceries. We even brought a shopping cart to and from the Airbnb. There's lots of restaurants near by. Close to the main busy road with lots of pharmacies, liquor stores, and Oxxos. Its a chill vibe. Tennis court for all the ball bouncing. Doesn't seem busy. Our place was pretty large. Our own bedroom plus an additional guest room with another bathroom Pool is nice and chill overlooking the scenic.... Parking lot. Lol I'd go back. Only draw back is it's not near the ocean. It's about ~$20 cab ride. Also, cabs are also constantly waiting outside the grocery store so easy to snag one. Altough we used Eiby app for cabs cuz I heard the taxis try to scam you or over charge you.

Excelente ubicación, limpio, tranquilo.

Excelente desarrollo con varios bloques de apartamentos, bonitas piscinas en la azotea con muebles cómodos y decentes, incluyendo tumbonas. Mucho estacionamiento. Ambiente natural con la selva detrás y muchas plantas en todo el desarrollo. Balcones grandes y los apartamentos son modernos y cómodos. Potencialmente puede ser ruidoso, especialmente ya que muchas unidades tienen perros. Excelente ubicación en Tulum debido al amplio estacionamiento seguro, proximidad a un enorme supermercado Chedraui y paradas de colectivo muy cercanas.

Un gran desarrollo con apartamentos en alquiler que tienen una agradable piscina en la azotea.

Nos quedamos aquí dos días. Es muy hermoso pero un poco fuera del centro, tiene estacionamiento interno y un supermercado en frente. Habitaciones hermosas

This hidden plaza houses several delicious restaurants, Piaggia and Di Marco are spectacular. There is a very nice gym, a nail spa, dry cleaning, and an art gallery. On one side of Chedraui with free parking, an excellent location although a bit hidden, you should not miss it.

It is a very pleasant stay, you have a Chedraui right in front to buy everything you need, highly recommended

THE BEST LOCATION, THERE IS A SUPERMARKET IN FRONT, NEARBY RESTAURANTS, EVERYTHING WITHIN REACH, A VERY COZY PLACE IDEAL FOR SPENDING FUN AND RELAXING DAYS

¡Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable allí! Mobiliario moderno y cómodo con cocina, acceso a la piscina, cerca de Chedraui. El gimnasio debe pagarse por separado. Pequeña desventaja, la comunicación con el personal fue difícil y lenta, por lo que tuvimos que comprar suministros (bolsas de basura y papel higiénico) nosotros mismos en Chedraui.
