I'm honestly very happy we left this place because our experience here was a complete nightmare. Throughout our entire stay, we felt constantly harassed by the receptionist Marco, who had a very negative attitude toward us from the beginning. He was constantly judging us, making up false things about my 3-year-old daughter and about our family that were simply not true. He kept looking for reasons to criticize us and even tried to fine us for things we never did. We also felt very negative energy coming from some of the cleaning staff. Every time we walked by reception, it felt like they were talking about us behind our backs, laughing at us, and looking at us in a very uncomfortable way. The whole atmosphere felt hostile and unpleasant. We were never disrespectful. We always treated everyone with kindness and respect, but in return we were treated by people who were unpleasant, judgmental, and clearly acting with bad intentions. I truly do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. Our experience made us feel like they have a very negative attitude toward kids and families, which made our entire stay extremely uncomfortable. Please be careful before renting here. The people working at this place create a very hostile environment and completely ruin what should be a peaceful experience.

Las amenidades son excelentes, las instalaciones están muy bien diseñadas y el lugar tiene todo para ofrecer una experiencia agradable. Sin embargo, el trato recibido por parte de algunos miembros del personal fue tan desagradable que decidimos no volver a rentar aquí. Durante toda nuestra estadía sentimos hostigamiento constante por parte de recepción, especialmente de Marcos y otros recepcionistas, así como de una integrante del equipo de limpieza. Parecía que estaban más interesados en vigilarnos, juzgarnos y buscar problemas que en atender a los huéspedes. Cualquier situación era motivo de comentarios, críticas o intentos de generar conflictos con el propietario que nos rentó el departamento. Lo más indignante fue la actitud hacia nuestra hija de apenas 3 años. Llegaron a quejarse porque quería presionar los botones del elevador, algo completamente normal para cualquier niño pequeño. Siempre estuvo acompañada y supervisada por nosotros. Nunca puso en riesgo las instalaciones ni causó daños. La falta de empatía, humanidad y sentido común fue impactante. Además, percibimos comentarios y actitudes discriminatorias y ofensivas que no deberían tener lugar en ningún espacio que vive del turismo y la hospitalidad. Jamás habíamos recibido un trato tan hostil en Tulum, y mucho menos viajando como familia. Es una pena que un lugar tan bonito tenga personal con una energía tan negativa, conflictiva y poco profesional. La administración debería prestar mucha atención a lo que ocurre, porque son precisamente estas personas las que terminan dañando la reputación del condominio. Si viajan con niños o buscan un ambiente amable y respetuoso, piénsenlo dos veces antes de rentar aquí. ⭐ 1 estrella por el personal. The condominium itself is beautiful. The amenities are excellent, the facilities are well maintained, and the property has everything needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, the treatment we received from certain staff members was so unpleasant that we decided never to rent here again. Throughout our stay, we felt constantly harassed by members of the reception staff, especially Marcos and other receptionists, as well as by one member of the cleaning team. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they seemed focused on monitoring, judging, and creating problems over the smallest things. It often felt like they were looking for excuses to complain about us or create issues with the owner who rented us the unit. The most upsetting part was their attitude toward our 3-year-old daughter. At one point they complained because she wanted to press the elevator buttons something completely normal for a small child. She was always supervised and accompanied by us. She never damaged anything or behaved irresponsibly. The lack of empathy, kindness, and common sense was honestly shocking. We also experienced comments and attitudes that felt discriminatory and completely inappropriate for a place that depends on tourism and hospitality. In all our time in Tulum, we have never been treated so poorly, especially as a family. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful property employs people who create such a negative, hostile, and unprofessional environment. Management should take these complaints seriously because staff behavior like this damages the reputation of the entire condominium. If you are traveling with children or simply expect respectful treatment, think twice before renting here. ⭐ One star for the staff. The property deserves much more, but the guest experience does not.

Tienen políticas de entrada irrazonablemente estrictas, si quieres invitar a un amigo serán detenidos por seguridad y tendrás que enviarles un código. Este es el único edificio de condominios regular en Tulum que es tan estricto. Los apartamentos están bien pero nada especial.

Great place, super well located and with many amenities. We stayed in apartment 104, it's beautiful, very comfortable and great hosts! Highly recommended.

El complejo de edificios consta de varios propietarios. En sí, un alojamiento excelente con una excelente piscina y jacuzzi. El alojamiento estaba bien mantenido y adecuadamente equipado. En la segunda noche, regresamos al alojamiento después de un largo día. Sin embargo, la electricidad ya no funcionaba en ese momento. Después de algunos ires y venires, el gerente de nuestro apartamento (quien fue muy servicial) nos proporcionó una nueva llave para alojamiento en el mismo complejo de edificios, que pudimos ocupar después de 2 horas. Durante la noche a las 2 en punto, la electricidad también falló aquí y se cortó el suministro de agua, por lo que no pudimos dormir en el calor. Esta vez no fue solo nuestro apartamento, sino todo el complejo de edificios el que se vio afectado y se quedó sin electricidad. Fue simplemente terrible y no tenía nada que ver con unas vacaciones. Cuando hablé con el propietario de un apartamento al respecto por la mañana, dijeron que sucede bastante a menudo aquí. Sería agradable recibir tal información con anticipación. A partir del tercer día, solo 1 de 2 ascensores estaba funcionando.

No crean estas reseñas. No estoy seguro de si una persona es dueña de este lugar o múltiples. Pero la unidad en la que me hospedé, que es la unidad 102, fue un desastre completo en todos los sentidos. Primero, cobraron mi tarjeta el día que llegué, no en el checkout. En segundo lugar, no había papel higiénico en la unidad y no proporcionaron ninguno hasta 8 horas después. Tampoco había toallas de papel. En tercer lugar, el inodoro apenas funcionaba. Tienes que usar un desatascador para que baje. No había agua caliente desde el primer día y el día 3 no había agua en absoluto. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua embotellada en un recipiente. Me fui antes de lo planeado porque las condiciones de vida eran tan inseguras e insalubres. Les seguía diciendo sobre el lugar y nada, repito, nada se hizo. Lo único bueno de este lugar era la piscina infinita, ¡eso es todo!

Un lugar maravilloso, ¡soledad agradable! Personal muy atento, limpian la piscina todos los días y lo lavan todo. El complejo también tiene sauna, jacuzzi y gimnasio. Vivimos aquí durante 3 meses y nos gustaría mucho volver de nuevo)

Apartamento hermoso y decorado con buen gusto. El complejo residencial está muy bien mantenido y las muchas plantas hacen que la casa sea muy acogedora. ¡La piscina infinita y toda el área alrededor de la piscina son lo más destacado!

A beautiful place to vacation, we stayed in apartment 114, it is super complete, well-equipped and comfortable, plus the hosts are very attentive. The panoramic pool has the most pleasant atmosphere and temperature I have ever experienced.

Very good place. The amenities are very complete, new and excellent quality. It is located in the most protected area of the already exclusive Aldea Zama, which provides security. Close to various bars, cafes and restaurants of good quality. It has access to one of the best beach clubs in tulum.

Nos quedamos en la unidad número 7, durante dos semanas. Hay trabajos de construcción dentro y fuera del edificio. Así que no puedes relajarte durante la semana entre las 7am y las 6pm. Solo después de esas horas o en el fin de semana. El vecindario no está listo, así que no hay luces en las calles. Lejos del centro de Tulum y de la playa. De las cosas buenas: piscina en la azotea, gimnasio, personal muy amable.
