"It's a pleasant place. We stayed in an Airbnb and unlike other accommodations, the area is more urbanized, its amenities are truly varied and clean, you can easily move around to various places. If you're looking for a safe and commercial area to stay, Town Center works quite well whether you go as a family, alone or as a couple, for vacation or work. We were able to park our vehicle there, but honestly Tulum is made for getting around by motorcycle or bike. I was able to work on some things in their coworking space. For us it was a good option."

I do not recommend the turnkey package for acquiring any property within the establishment since the lists and images shown do not match the actual images. Despite asking about things that are supposed to be included, they are not like that at the time of delivery. It should be noted that I have already acquired 2 apartments in the complex and still there is poor treatment and communication.

Pobre administración, jacuzzi muy ruidoso y nadie para cuidarlos. Mal construido, ya hay problemas con la fontanería. Lugar muy ruidoso con gente gritando en los pasillos. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. Área de piscina muy peligrosa, y azotea. Realmente no sé quién construyó esto pero Vaya

Beautiful apartments, but it still doesn't have an elevator and it's a hassle if you stay on an upper floor level. There are still parts under construction and cable ducts in the passage area.
