I’m starting to look for a new long term rental for myself and my 1 year old daughter (minimum 6 months) and wanted to know if anyone knows of something available or coming available soon Looking for: • 2 bedroom apartment • Quiet area (very important) • Washer/dryer in unit • Fully equipped kitchen with full stove/oven + regular sized fridge • AC in every room (not just bedrooms) • Balcony or private patio space • ⁠Community pool • Some nature/greenery nearby — ideally trees or a green view instead of directly facing another building • Preferably unfurnished since I already have my own furniture • No pets I’m flexible on the area as long as it’s quiet. Somewhere in Centro, Colosio, or the other side of the highway that is still a short taxi ride to Centro/Colosio would be amazing I currently live in Colosio and unfortunately my area has become very noisy and no longer works for us after a club opened up next to us, so I’m really hoping to find somewhere a little more tranquil for my daughter and me 🙏🏼 Ideal budget: around $19,000mxn/month If anyone knows of something that could fit, please message me.
