Apartment in Centro

looking for a 1 bedroom downtown playa for my mom. something in the middle walking distance to groceries etc, preferably with a rooftop pool and decent kitchen so she can cook her meals. She is looking for April 16-August 16 (4months) please DM possibilities, ideally 15-18K/month. i know there has to be something decent since it will be the slower months 🙂
