Apartment Rental in Centro

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a long-term rental in Centro, possibly Colosio (ideally a spacious 1-bedroom apartment) for a Canadian client with two mature cats. He prefers one of the Anah buildings or something similar. Budget: 22,000/month (I know it's low, but it would be a long-term rental). He’s hoping to move in as soon as possible.
